Leah Longville has more than 20 years experience in the commercial and personal development sector. Working as an IT manager for International City banks was the platform for her training skills. After obtaining an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling she successfully managed a counselling and personal development practice.

As both trainer and coach, Leah has extensive experience delivering employability skills training solutions for training providers and local government. She is also an Associate member of the Institute of Learning.

As Principal consultant Leah draws upon her management, counselling and coaching expertise to facilitate insight and awareness for all her clients. Her creative and pragmatic approach encourages her clients to look at the potential opportunities ahead with confidence.
